RPM

LES MILLS RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session**.

With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

BODYBALANCE

Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

BODYPUMP

LES MILLS BODYPUMP, a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. Powered by science – using THE REP EFFECT formula of light weights and high repetitions, BODYPUMP develops lean, athletic muscle, aids metabolism and improves body composition. M&M-Xtreme will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

CORE

Inspired by elite athletic training principles, CORE is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

Every class emphasizes great technique and awareness so you can learn about your body and make it stronger.

Based on athletic training principles, this core training workout is designed to make you stronger and assist with balance and injury prevention.

This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

GRIT

LES MILLS GRIT™ Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.

Circuit combines the best of cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. In this dynamic and fast-paced session, you'll alternate between heart-pounding cardio intervals and targeted weight exercises, creating a high-energy fusion that will torch calories and sculpt your body.

Whether you're looking to shed pounds, increase endurance, or build lean muscle, our Circuit class is the perfect choice to achieve your fitness goals while having a blast. Get ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and transform your body in this dynamic and effective workout.

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

 If practiced consistently, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. 

STEP

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of STEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.

In a STEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

LES MILLS Shapes. This is the workout you never knew you needed. An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.
